Reach Gets Attention. Resonance Builds Trust.

In a world where content is optimized for scale, it's easy to forget what really matters:

Does this actually matter to me?

In this episode of Pattern Cognition, I share the internal filter I’ve started using when working with AI-generated content or any content at all:

Would I share this with a friend? Would I stand by it in a room of people I respect?

If the answer is no, it doesn’t go out.

Here’s why this shift matters:

AI can increase volume, but you still control the voice. Just because it’s easy to produce more doesn’t mean everything is worth publishing.

Resonance starts with self-trust. If it doesn’t land with you, it’s unlikely to land deeply with others.

High-integrity content attracts high-integrity people. The more your content reflects what you genuinely believe, the stronger your network becomes.

Virality is unpredictable. But consistency with your values? That’s where momentum lives.

Share like you’re building a reputation, not chasing a metric. Because ultimately, the people who matter will notice what’s real.

This episode is a simple reminder that your feed is your voice and your voice is your leverage.
Don’t hand that over to convenience.

Listen to this episode of Pattern Cognition to learn how to navigate these challenges and invest wisely.

Here's a criteria that I'm using to decide what I share in my feed, especially when I'm writing with AI as an assistant. I'm going for resonance rather than reach and resonance means that what I share resonates with me. I. And it's something that I would be willing to share with a friend, and if I cannot stand by that, then it's, it's not something I'm willing to, to share. What are some of your criteria for how you decide what you share when you've created it with ai.
